Awaken Your More

For sensitive, high-achieving women who are functioning, capable, and quietly wondering if this is really it.

About Me

For most of my life, I ignored who I was, and became what I thought people wanted me to be. Abandoning my passions, deep desires and values because they weren’t deemed lucrative or fitting for someone with a university education.

Like most high-achieving, sensitive women, I went into corporate — because everyone else I knew wanted this and against the better part of my judgement, I did the same. I spent some time as a PR executive in B2B, and honestly I’d never felt misalignment like it. The constant micro-management, meetings and lack of creativity literally made me want to bang my head against the desk.

Until one evening, working late at the office, I decided enough was enough. I was done helping rich people get richer. Listening to my intuition, I started applying for teaching degrees — no backup plan, no savings, no experience. I did it anyway. There was something in me that knew it was worth doing.

Teaching turned out to be the right call. I spent five years in the UK education system — and it was during this time that I also made another brave decision, leaving a relationship that on paper had everything: the house, the location, the shared friendship groups. But my sensitivity had been made to feel like a problem rather than a part of me, and I knew I couldn’t stay. From there I landed a dream role at an international school, spent four years soul-searching across many far-flung places, and met my now life partner. Turns out, making one brave, irrational decision was the thing that changed everything.

I loved teaching — but I didn’t love the pace, the marking, or the obligations that slowly started pulling me out of alignment again. And it was here, in that familiar restlessness, that I finally recognised something important: this feeling had a name. I was a sensitive woman, and I had spent my whole life trying to function in systems that were never designed for me.

That recognition is what led me to this work. Because I know what it costs to keep overriding yourself. And I know what becomes possible when you stop.

Now I help other sensitive women lead purposeful, spiritually aligned lives on their own terms.

Because life is not just the weekend.

Why My Work is Different

I’m not a career coach. I’m a Life Doula

Here to support you through the endings that scare you and the beginnings you can’t yet see.

We are not just our minds — and real change doesn’t happen from the neck up

My work draws on breathwork, somatics and mindfulness to work with the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

Lasting change lives in the body as much as the mind

When we work with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual together — that’s when things actually shift.

Your worth is not your job title –

your income or your social circle. It never was. The only measure that matters is the one you hold for yourself.

The purpose is not a job

It’s how you show up in your relationships, how you spend your time, what lights you up on a Tuesday. It’s personal, it’s fluid — and it’s already inside you.

Growth lives just outside your comfort zone

I won’t let you stay where it’s safe — because safe is exactly where nothing changes.

A little bit more about me…

I live in the countryside in the South East of England — surrounded by the kind of nature that genuinely feeds my soul. You’ll find me walking, running, swimming or on my yoga mat more often than not, and blasting hip-hop when I need to move fast.

I’m a yogi at heart, and I try to live by yogic values — on and off the mat. For me that means moving with intention, choosing presence over productivity and treating my body and mind as something worth taking care of, not pushing through.

I’m a highly sensitive person who moves between introvert and extrovert depending on the day — I need deep quiet as much as I need good music and good people.

I lived in Vietnam for 3.5 years and have travelled to over 45 countries. Exploring the world has shaped everything about how I see life, people and purpose.

I’m a devoted cat person, a lover of live music and a firm believer in slow living — the kind where you actually taste your coffee. And if there’s water nearby, even better — the ocean is where I feel most myself.
