But the truth is, until I started actually listening to myself, my life didn’t belong to me. I worked in sales and PR and hated the hustle, the meaninglessness and the mentality behind it. It wasn’t until I started tuning into my intuition that I began making decisions based on alignment rather than fear.

That one shift led to everything: four years working in Asia, travelling to countless countries while earning good money, meeting my partner, and eventually building a business that lets me lead with creativity and purpose. Do you offer payment plans? Yes — I offer payment plans spread across four months. I’ve been the person who desperately wanted to invest in themselves but needed the financial flexibility to make it work, so this feels important to offer.

Is there a money back policy? I offer a full refund within two weeks of us working together. If you show up, engage fully with the process and still don’t feel it’s the right fit, I will honour that with a full refund. My commitment is always to find what works for you.

How do I know if I’m right for 1:1 coaching? This coaching is for women who are curious about taking their life in a more meaningful direction. Perhaps you’ve done courses, have ideas brewing, but aren’t sure where to start — or you simply lack the self-belief to take that first step. If you’re nodding, you’re in the right place.

What’s included? You’ll receive bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with me — that’s eight sessions over four months. You’ll also have access to me via Voxer, so if you’re having a tough day, need advice or want me to look over something, I can respond within 24 hours. On top of that, you’ll receive tailored breathwork audios and resources to keep you supported and accountable between sessions.

Can you guarantee results? Coaching is a two-way partnership. Together we’ll work through your barriers, beliefs and blocks — but you’ll also need to show up, stay open and put into practice what we explore in our sessions. The more you give, the more you’ll get.

I’m not that spiritual — does this matter? Not at all. My coaching blends a range of techniques and while I draw on spiritual teachings as guides, it’s entirely up to you how much of that resonates. All I ask is an open mind and a willingness to explore.
