Hi, I’m Rachel

I’m Rachel, a multi-passionate Life Coach, Holistic Therapist + Yoga Teacher  who helps sensitive women step into a life of purpose. If you’re reading this, you’re likely someone who spends their days daydreaming out the office window, maybe escaping to far-distant lands or dreaming of a life that gives you flexibility and freedom. One thing I know to be true is for sensitive women, the strain of desperately aching for more while needing stability to function is REAL.

I’m here to tell you that life does not need to be all or nothing.There is a way to find peace, purpose and power as a sensitive soul without burning out or living out of alignment with your values. 

My work doesn’t live in the mind alone — or the body alone. It lives in the conversation between them.

Drawing on somatic movement, breathwork, yoga philosophy, and mindfulness, my methodology is rooted in what I’ve found to be true in my own life: that lasting change requires the whole of you. Not just your thinking, not your doing — but your nervous system, your breath, your embodied knowing.

I’m deeply drawn to the mystical and the spiritual. The teachings of Wayne Dyer, Abraham Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay, Ram Dass, and the Dalai Lama have all shaped how I understand transformation — and how I hold space for yours.
